Grow quiet — let your body retune itself

Hi, I’m Vivi. With singing bowls and guided soul journeys I accompany you on an inner journey where you can slow down, grow quiet and let go of what no longer serves you. Together we’ll surface and release the blocks holding you back, so you can reconnect with your inner balance, your own strength, and your true self.

About me

Hi, I’m Vivi!

Spirituality has been a natural part of my life since childhood. When I was young, I was diagnosed with an illness for which medicine still offers no cure. That experience set me on an inner path — one where I came to understand, more and more deeply, how the body, the soul and the mind are connected. In my own life, I found that real change begins when we work with our inner blocks and release them. This journey not only led to my healing — it fundamentally reshaped how I see life and people today.

Psychology is another defining part of my path, alongside spirituality. The knowledge and experience I gained as a psychologist still shape the way I accompany the people who turn to me. In my work I intuitively blend different spiritual and self-discovery methods — singing bowls, guided soul journeys and other energetic techniques. I believe no two people are alike, so every process is unique, always attuned to what you need most in that moment.

When I’m not holding sessions, you’ll most likely find me creating. Painting, crocheting and ceramics are as much a space of presence and connection for me as meditation. I recharge in nature — a forest walk, sunshine, or the quiet of a lakeshore always reminds me that every answer already lives around us, and within us. On these walks my loyal companion Miro, my dog, is usually right beside me.

I believe every real change begins within. Sometimes a single moment of silence is enough to hear again what our soul has always known.

Sound bowl sessions

An hour when you truly don’t have to do anything

in person only · Budapest

During a sound bowl session you lie comfortably, covered with a blanket, while I play the bowls placed on and around your body. Your ears take in the sound, your whole body senses the gentle vibration — together they help your system find its way back to its own natural rhythm.

Lasting stress, anxiety or exhaustion leaves traces in the body: some areas "fall silent", holding tension and stagnation. The vibration of the bowls gently addresses these areas and helps bring them back into flow.

Meanwhile your nervous system switches into rest mode: breathing and heartbeat slow down, thoughts grow quiet. Many people drift into a deep, dreamlike relaxation — and some simply sleep through the whole session. :)

Your first visit is always a free assessment: after a short conversation I use the bowls to sense the state of your chakras, and we see which areas are asking for attention. It commits you to nothing — you decide whether you’d like to continue.

No background or training is needed — openness is enough. Sound bowl sessions are a well-being practice, not healthcare.

What can it help with?
  • Releasing tight, tired muscles
  • Easing stress-related physical tension
  • Calmer, deeper sleep
  • A quieter mind and easier letting go
  • Deep relaxation, more everyday energy
Regular sessions can support your physical and emotional balance, help release built-up tension and preserve your inner harmony.

1Arriving

We start with a short conversation about how you are right now — in body and soul.

2The session

You lie comfortably under a blanket while the bowls resonate on and around your body. All you have to do is let the vibration do its work.

3Returning

A quiet closing, a glass of water, and as much time as you need to arrive back.

Wear something soft and comfortable to lie down in — skip jeans, button-down shirts, skirts and smartwatches.

Soul journey

A guided inner journey that dissolves the blocks held within you

Sometimes it isn’t the body but the soul that needs to speak. A soul journey is guided inner work through meditation: together we find and release the blocks that hold you back. I blend several methods — psychotronics and other energetic techniques — always attuned to what you need right now.

The first conversation is free: we talk about what is happening in your life and where you are asking for guidance — with no obligations.

Circles & groups

Together, in a small circle

From time to time I also start group sessions. Let me know what interests you — no strings attached. Once at least five of you gather, the circle begins, and you’ll be the first to know.

Women’s circle

A small, safe circle of women where we slow down together. Each session has a theme we feel into as a group — with angel and self-discovery cards, sound bowls and shared breath. We bring to the surface and share the belief systems living within us, and release them together.

Self-discovery group

Deeper, ongoing self-discovery work in a small group, once a month: together we look at the patterns that quietly steer our decisions. A separate in-person group runs in Budapest, and a separate fully online group too — so those living further away can join, everyone by video call.

FAQ

Questions I often get

If you don’t find your answer, just write to me — happy to help.

For a sound bowl session, no — openness is all you need. You’ll feel the effect of the vibrations even if spirituality isn’t really your thing. A soul journey asks for openness and receptivity, plus a willingness to accept what surfaces: the blocks that come up can be surprising — we work with them together, in a safe space.
Many people search for this practice as a sound bath or sound healing. What I offer is an individual sound bowl session: not a group sound bath, but a session shaped entirely around you, with the bowls played on your body and directly around you. I also deliberately avoid the word "therapy": in Hungary, working with singing bowls counts as a well-being practice, not healthcare — it can complement, but never replace, medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Handcrafted Moon bowls from Nepal. They’re cast in moonlight, so they carry more yin — feminine — energy, which lets them work more deeply on the soul and release emotional blocks more effectively.
There are situations where a session can’t be given safely: during active chemo- or radiotherapy (please wait at least 6 weeks after treatment ends), if you have a pacemaker or a heart rhythm disorder, if you live with epilepsy, during the first 4 months of pregnancy, or if you have a fever, have recently had surgery or a cosmetic procedure, have gallstones or kidney stones, have a shunt, or are going through an acute mental health crisis. If you’re not sure, just write to me and we’ll figure it out together.
Something soft and comfortable to lie down in — skip jeans, button-down shirts, skirts and smartwatches, so nothing digs in or distracts you while you relax.
Yes — but skip heavy meals, coffee and alcohol in the 1–2 hours before. This applies to soul journeys just as much as to sound bowl sessions. Do drink plenty of water though: our bodies are mostly water, and the bowls’ vibration works through it.
A sound bowl session works through the vibration of bowls played on and around your body, and is only ever in person. A soul journey, by contrast, is guided inner work through meditation: together we find and release the blocks that hold you back — and this works both in person and online. Many people alternate between the two, depending on whether their body or their soul is asking for attention.
We begin with a short conversation about what is on your mind. Then I guide you into a meditation where, in a safe and inward-turning space, we look at and let go of the patterns that surface. The process always adapts to you — the first, one-hour consultation is free and commits you to nothing.
The women’s circle is a small, monthly circle of women focused on femininity, slowing down and attuning to one another — with cards, sound bowls and a shared theme each time. The self-discovery group is deeper, monthly work: we look at the patterns that quietly steer us — our relationship with money, family, or inherited beliefs — and it can run in person or as a separate online group. Both start once at least 5 people sign up.
Each session has a theme we feel into together. We work with angel and self-discovery cards, sound bowls and shared breath, then bring to the surface and share the belief systems living within us — and, in a safe, non-judgemental space, release them together. The circle runs in Budapest, in person, on a monthly rhythm, and starts once at least 5 people sign up.
Partly, yes. The soul journey works online over a video call, and there is also a dedicated online self-discovery group where everyone joins remotely — so those living further from Budapest can take part too. The sound bowl session and the in-person self-discovery group, however, take place only in person in Budapest, because of the vibrations and shared presence involved.
In person: on site, in cash or by on-site bank transfer. For online sessions: by transfer — I’ll send you a confirmation e-mail with the transfer details, and your booking is final once the payment arrives.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. For cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the fee applies; for no-shows, the full fee.
