The short answer: you lie down, comfortably covered, while I play handcrafted Nepali bowls placed on and around your body. Your ears take in the sound; your whole body senses the gentle vibration. A session with me lasts 30, 60 or 90 minutes — and the most beautiful part is that you genuinely don’t have to do anything. Many people search for this as a “sound bath” — what I offer is its individual, one-on-one form.
Arriving — first, we simply talk
Every session starts with a short conversation: how you are right now, what’s stirring in you, whether anything in body or soul is asking for attention. There’s nothing you need to say “right” — it’s perfectly fine if all you know is: I’m tired.
If it’s your first visit, this is also where we check whether any health condition means a session isn’t advisable — you can read about these in the FAQ.
The session — sound and vibration, together
Then you just lie there. I place the bowls on and around your body and play them one by one. Two things happen at once: your ears hear the sound, and your body feels the vibration — together they help your system find its way back to its own natural rhythm.
What will you feel? Everyone is different. Some feel warmth or tingling in certain areas, some feel their limbs grow heavy, and many drift into a deep, dreamlike relaxation. It’s not unusual to simply sleep through the whole session — and that’s exactly as it should be. :)
Returning — a quiet closing
At the end I won’t startle you awake: there’s time to come back at your own pace. A glass of water, a few words about what you experienced — and as much silence as you need.
What might you feel afterwards?
Most people get up calmer, somehow “smoothed out”. Some feel more tired than usual that day; others are full of energy — both are natural. It’s worth planning a slower day and drinking plenty of water.
Who is it for — and who should skip it?
You need nothing but openness — not even a spiritual mindset. There are, however, a few conditions where a session can’t be given safely: the first four months of pregnancy, a pacemaker, epilepsy or active chemotherapy, among others. You’ll find the full list in the FAQ, and if you’re unsure, just write to me — we’ll figure it out together.
Your first visit is always a free 30-minute assessment: we talk, then use the bowls to see which areas are asking for attention. It commits you to nothing — book a time here, and you’ll find the prices here.
